I survived on first night in Planetminecraft.com's Minecraft server. The map was reseted because there were many new things in the new version of Minecraft (1.7.4). Many items in the chest from old world were saved but I did not know about that, so I had to solo again.
Thank you Charzhoop for helping me to make base and providing bed and giving food. I started to mine for cobblestone and iron ores later and it was very excited to mine under lava caves, too. I was so lucky, I found some diamonds, gold and lapis lazuli ores after I mined a few hours.
Many players there were very friendly and I was very happy to chat with them but most of them were online about 3 - 6 a.m. in my country time. I hated timezone.
By the way, these screenshots below are my base. Melon seemed my main food and... I had horses! I wanted saddle very much. Sadly, new Minecraft version did not allow player to craft it.
